Good to know before you book

How do I confirm my booking?
Send us your date, group size and destination. We'll reply with a quote — once you pay a 30% deposit, your date locks on our calendar and the booking is confirmed. The remaining balance is due on the day of the trip.
Is the van self-drive?
No — every booking comes with a licensed, professional driver. Self-drive isn't offered.
What's included in the price?
Driver and fuel are always included in your quote. Toll fees, parking and destination entrance fees are the guest's responsibility, as noted on the rates above.
How many people fit in the van?
The Toyota Grandia GL seats up to 11, or comfortably 7 with everyone's luggage on board.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
One free date change is allowed with enough notice, subject to availability. Cancellation refunds depend on how close to the trip date you cancel — see our full Rental Policy for the exact terms.
Do you go outside Cebu City?
Yes — we regularly take guests to Oslob, Kawasan Falls, Mactan and Bantayan Island, and can quote custom itineraries elsewhere in the Philippines.
